Epsom Salts

Add salts to a normal-sized warm bath and soak for at least 12 minutes.

• Traditionally used as a bath additive to help relieve stress
• May also help reduce inflammation and relieve aches & pains
• Detoxifies so often used as a method to reduce cellulite and water retention

Warning: Do not use undiluted. Always follow usage directions. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Purity Clay Mask

Blend approximately 1 tbsp of powder with  2 – 3 tbsp water to form a paste.

Apply to face for approximately 10 minutes.

Rinse well.
